Welcome to Rainbow GardensRainbow gardens is located on several acres of land in the Blueridge Mountains of North Carolina, near the historic town of Old Fort. In the center of the gardens is the 200 year old hand hewn log house and several log outbuildings. To the rear of the house you have an outstanding view of the surrounding mountains and valley. In the spring and early summer the grounds are ablaze with color from the hybrid iris and daylilies. Later in the summer the water lilies and hosta show off their many colors and the koi never fail to delight our visitors. We love to have visitors to our gardens and consider sales to be secondary. If you are in the area, come by and say hello, wander around the gardens, relax and enjoy yourself.
About Us
Rainbow Gardens is an enterprise started by Bob and Sandra Stewart. Bob grew up around the nursery business and has a great love for plants and flowers. He has more than 10 years experience in the landscape industry. Sandra also is a flower lover and arranger. She gained experience by owning and operating a florist business.
